We provide services to elderly/low income people living in Mahnomen, Hubbard, Ottertail, Wadena & Becker Counties. Child Care Aware, Energy Assistance, Family Development, Head Start, Tax Aide & more. Mahube-Otwa is a private, non-profit corporation governed by a volunteer board of directors representing the low income, public and private sectors of the community. Community Action Agencies: -Help people find shelter and housing -Keep people warm and dry -Help the unemployed find work -Help families and seniors put food on the table -Give young children a healthy, safe start -Help in times of crisis -Advocate for policy solutions that eliminate poverty
